“It’s not what you make, but what you keep.” This truth and key element of wealth building is the founding pillar on which the founders of Buckingham Curry have established a growing engine for financial empowerment and wealth building. Buckingham Curry is quickly becoming the foremost resource for true financial wellness.
Sidney and Saundra Curry founded the company, formerly known as BC Holdings, in August of 2001. The founders offer over 45 years of experience empowering and educating people of financial wellness.
Buckingham Curry creates and delivers financial wellness programs and services to companies, colleges/universities, high schools, training organizations, government entities and nonprofit organizations.
“Our goal is to assist our clients’ bottom line by empowering their most valuable resource—their employees and students—to build, manage, maintain and grow their individual bottom lines,” Curry, president and CEO.
These proven and effective services include conducting tailored onsite workshops and seminars. In addition, each participant is equipped with a financial wellness toolkit, personal financial coaching and e-mailed financial tips.
Participants (i.e., Wealth Builders) are also supported by, Wealth Starter, an ongoing resource for making most financial decisions. This software, created and designed by Buckingham Curry, assists participants in areas such as budgeting, debt reduction, credit, retirement planning, buying a home, buying a car, and many other financial management state of affairs.
Buckingham Curry utilizes five key components to empower Wealth Builders to financial wellness: Build Wealth, Protect Your Wealth, Protect Your Income, Life Planning, Build Your Financial Team. The company has seen success on many fronts boasting a host of clients including Fortune 1000 companies, training companies, colleges, universities, government agencies and high schools, who realize the added value Buckingham Curry brings to its employees and students.

Our Leadership Team
Saundra B. Curry, President/CEO
Saundra B. Curry is co-founder and President/CEO of Buckingham Curry Wealth Builders. Prior to establishing BC Holdings, Saundra spent over two decades in the financial services industry. Experience includes serving as a financial consultant, distribution manager, strategic planning manager and senior lending officer/relationship manager in Private Banking as the lead relationship manager for the Tennessee Titans (NFL) and Nashville Predators (NHL) relationships. During her journey in the financial services industry, she was recognized in the media for her many achievements and accomplishments as a top performer in the areas of sales and product development.
A native of Nashville, Saundra received a B.S. from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and earned an Executive MBA from Vanderbilt Owen School of Management in 1992. She currently holds a Health, Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license and has held both Series 7 and 63 licenses. Saundra is an avid supporter of community initiatives as a board member for several non-profit organizations.
Saundra currently lives in Hendersonville, TN with her husband, Sidney, and their two children. They attend Temple Church in Nashville.
Sidney T. Curry, Director Business Development
Sidney Curry is co-founder and Vice-President of Buckingham Curry, LLC overseeing business development and the sales force. A native of Troy, Alabama, Sidney attended Tuskegee University and Middle Tennessee State University. After college, he began a career in sales consistently receiving top sales awards. Sidney later became owner/partner of two restaurant franchises where he managed multi-million dollar budgets while increasing sales and customer service standards. He also established a restaurant consulting company designed to improve income statements, profitability and service.
Sidney is a combat military veteran serving during the Gulf War. Community involvement has included being a member of the Gulf War Veterans Association in addition to many other organizations.
Sidney currently lives in Hendersonville, TN with his wife, Saundra, and their two children. They attend Temple Church in Nashville.

Buckingham Curry targets companies with 100 or more employees. Most companies employ the workshops, toolkits, FinTips and personal coaching services.
Colleges and Universities
Every college and university is an opportunity for Buckingham Curry. Our Collegiate 12-Month Financial Wellness Planner is very popular and designed for Freshman, Sophomore and Junior students. The Total Financial Wellness Toolkit is designed for Seniors. Colleges and universities also utilize the seminars and FinTips for all students.
In addition to undergraduate, Buckingham Curry services the post graduate arena (i.e. medical/dental/graduate). These products and services are designed to fulfill the mandate to provide a debt management seminar for graduating seniors. In addition, they have been used to introduce financial management to freshman medical students. Seminars, the Total Financial Wellness Toolkit, 12-Month Financial Wellness Planner for Postgraduate/Professional, and FinTips for Buckingham Curry students are used to service this target market.
High Schools
High schools represent a very large market. They most often utilize the Total Financial Wellness Toolkit (as a curriculum based program), 12-Month Financial Wellness Planner for High School Students and FinTips.
Training Companies
Curriculum-based training companies are target markets. Buckingham Curry has several products to service this market including train-the-trainer packages. Courses include Credit Management, Financial Planning, and Total Financial Wellness. Materials and tools include the Total Financial Wellness Toolkit, 12-Month Financial Wellness Planner (version depends on population), FinTips, E-Coaching, Facilitator Guides and PowerPoint Presentations.
Government Agencies
Government agencies are prime targets including city, county, state and federal agencies. Buckingham Curry provides products in various areas such as couples who apply for marriage licenses, and training seminars and coaching services for employees. Materials and tools most used include seminars/workshops, Total Financial Wellness Toolkit, FinTips and personal coaching services.
